Restructuring at Kitron - 30 to be laid off

Kitron ASA is considering merging its Swedish subsidiaries into one Swedish company, as well as implementing organisational changes. Through these changes the Swedish sales and marketing departments will be strengthened. At the same time the company is considering adjustments in capacity within the development activities in line with the demand for such services. This may lead to reduction of about 30 full-time equivalents during 2007. Such reduction can be carried out without additional costs.
