Altera pre-announces shortfall
FPGA vendor Altera Corp. anticipates that third quarter revenues will be approximately equal to second quarter revenues of $269 million.
Altera had previously projected it would post revenue between $274 million to $280 million for Q3. The company is expected to announce its third-quarter earnings on Oct. 4.
