Cypress sale rumours are at `feverish pitch'
According to a source familiar with the matter, Cypress Semiconductor is exploring options that include taking the company private in a management-led buyout that could be valued in the billions of dollars.
Cypress itself hasn't acknowledged it is up for sale. A spokesman for Cypress declined to comment on the buyout rumours, Mercury News report.
