"Repeal RoHS" Movement Emerges
I imagine few of us are surprised to see "repeal RoHS" movements occurring.
These movements continue to miss or misunderstand a few points, which I think are worth clarifying. Their main arguments are:
1. Lead in electronics is not a significant contributor of lead pollution to the environment.
2. Lead from electronics has never been shown to be harmful to humans.
3. Lead from electronics has never been shown to leach into ground water.
