Anritsu, Teleca in partnership
Anritsu and Teleca announce partnership agreement at the 3GSM World Congress 2005.
Wireless Test and Measurement Solutions manufacturer Anritsu, and Teleca, a supplier of applications certification test software are announcing a partnership agreement at this year's 3GSM Congress. The partnership's aim is to jointly provide a conformance test solution aimed at mobile applications utilising what has become the largest, existing installed base of test hardware platforms, and also utilising the latest new generation of system simulator technology developed for mobile applications testing. Teleca has for some time been marketing a test tool that ensures that mobile phone MMS applications work in accordance with Global Certification Forum (GCF) specifications. Teleca's test tool has now been validated for MMS certification, which means it is approved for use in certifying MMS in accordance with GCF requirements. Anritsu has successfully launched a number of WCDMA protocol and development solutions, leading the market in the 3G conformance test sector, and has been at the centre of the GCF process to develop a leading number of conformance test cases in the protocol and RF area.
