Flextronics to aqcuire Iwill
EMS provider Flextronics has bought Taiwanese server motherboard firm Iwill.
Iwill will be a part of the Flextronics Computing division. According to Iwill, the reason for the purchase is because there was "very little overlap" between the two firms, the Inquirer reports.
