Soitec to hire 150 in France
French wafer supplier Soitec plans to hire 150 employees to its new facility in Grenoble, France.
Soitec SA plans to hire 150 employees by mid 2007. Half of them are engineers. This follows Soitec's plan of building a brand new 300-mm SOI (Silicon-on-insulator) wafer fab in Grenoble, France.
