Nokia sues Chinese pirates
Nokia is filing a lawsuite against Shenzhen Telsda Mobile Communication Industry Developing and Song Xun Da Zhong Ke Electronic in China for pirate copying Nokia´s classy designed mobile handset model 7260.
In the lawsuite document Nokia is also naming the mobile handset distributors Beijing Tongwanbao Commerce & Trade An Wai Avenue No 2 Branch and Beijing Xin Tongwanbao Commerce & Trade.
Nokia wants the court to order the companies to pay damages and to immediately stop manufacturing the products.
