Graphic has a new owner
Italian private equity firm Quadrivio sgr has acquired a majority stake in Graphic plc, a British manufacturer of high technology printed circuit boards,
In February it was announced that Quadrivio also acquired a majority stake in Italian PCB manufacturer Somacis. While both companies operate in the same market, there is no plan to merge or combine the two entities. Both companies will continue to run autonomously from each other.
With this, Quadrivio also states that the Graphic management team will remain the same with Dave Pike as CEO. The same will apply to Somacis management team and their CEO Giovanni Tridenti.
