Electrolux to close Swedish plant
The Sweden based global consumer electronic maker Electrolux has decided to close its Swedish factory in Torsvik. 162 employees are at risk of losing their jobs.
The manufacturing of compact housing machines at the Torsvik plant will be transferred to the company´s factory in Poland in order to cut costs.
However 15 employees will remain within the product development department.
