Ausy and Lacroix to form a JV

Ausy and Lacroix Electronics work closely – for several years – and established conjointly propositions following to bid invitations. The companies saw how they could complement each others businesses, and have decided to pool their resources, their expertise and their teams, in order to offer to their customers industrial electronic solutions of high added value. Now Ausy and Lacroix Electronics are making their partnership public and are signing an agreement that will result in a joint venture in equal shares. Ausy is a consulting and engineering firm in advanced technologies offering the design of turn-key systems relying on mechanic, electronic and software expertise. Lacroix Electronics is a specialised electronics subcontractor and provides customised services in development, industrialisation, production and integration of electronic cards for the industrial, home automation, medical, automotive, aerospace and defense markets.
