No merger between Inission and Incap

Swedish Inission has not exercised its option to combine Inission's business operations with Incap Corporation by the end of the year 2013 as stated in the contract, and therefore the option has become void. The option was included in the comprehensive financing arrangement agreed between the companies and investors on 21 July 2013. Inission is the biggest shareholder of Incap Corporation holding approximately 26% of all shares and votes.
