Circuits Assembly Announces 2006 Service Excellence Award Winners

Circuits Assembly has announced the winners of 2006 Service Excellence Award.

The EMS firms where divided in three main classes small, mid-sized and large manufacturers. The small EMS firms where those who had revenues below $100 million, the mid-sized with revenues between $100 million and $500 million and the large ones with revenues over $500 million. Elcoteq won the prize for overall performace in customer service in the large class, in the mid-sized class Reptron Manufacturing Services won and in the smaller companies class Key Electronics won the award. The prize ceremony was held earlier this week at the APEX show in Anaheim, California. Circuits Assembly recognized the companies that received the highest customer service ratings, as judged by their own customers. Electronics assembly equipment award winners were Asymtek for dispensing; Assembléon for pick-and-place; DEK for screen printing; VJ Electronix for rework/repair; KIC for soldering; and YESTech for test and inspection.
