eXception upgrades training facility

In a bid to ensure its employees continue to have the skills and confidence they need, Exception EMS Ltd has upgraded its training facility and now operates a Training Academy.

Mark Davies, Operations Director at eXception EMS comments:

“With technological innovation gathering pace, it’s essential that our employees retain the very best skills within our sector. We need to ensure that they are getting access to the very best we can offer, and increasingly we are realising the need to surpass the average industry standard. With this in mind, we’ve created a Training Academy that offers our employees an opportunity to not only broaden their skillset, but offers them a career in the industry for the long term, crucial for any successful electronics manufacturing business in the UK today.”

“Today it is critical for not only staff retention and career longevity, but for the success of the electronics manufacturer today – to enlighten personnel with the very best training it can offer. We need to make sure our staff has access to the very latest methodologies, the skills they need to operate increasingly complex machinery and the management skills needed to run a smooth operation. Our recent re-investment in this area will see us reaping rewards in the years to come.”
