Continental invests in Hungary
Germany based automotive supplier Continental is to invest at their Hungarian facility on Veszprém.
Continental Automotive Hungary announced investment plans of EUR 3.4 million. This is said to lead to the creation of a further 120 jobs at the facility in Veszprém. The factory currently employs 1'550 staff, local media reports.
For the time frame 2009 and 2014, the company announced investment plans for EUR 50 million. Here Continental was to focus on research and development, capacity expansion and the creation of 477 jobs in Hungary.
