Jabil manufactures for Kaon in Brazil
Jabil is manufacturing digital set-top-boxes at its Manaus plant in Brazil for Kaon.
The operations were launched in March and is speeding on – the first deliveries of the digital set-top-boxes were made on April first.
Kaon signed a deal with Global Village Telecom (GVT), a Brazilian telecommunications company, to launch DTH and Hybrid DTH/IP platforms to GVT – and Jabil is providing the manufacturing service for Kaon, several media report.
