Top 25 global semiconductor suppliers

The analyse firm iSuppli has ranked the worlds 25 largest semiconductor suppliers by revenue.

Intel is still unthreatened at the top with a 15.1% share of the total market but Hynix, IBM Microelectronics and nVidia are three other companies who are in a good trend right now. Their revenues have increased by 18.5, 30 resp 22.8%. Hynix has jumped two positions from 14th to 12th, IBM has jumped three positions from 21st to 18th and nVidia has jumped five positions from 29th to 24th place on the ranking. NEC Electronics, Infineon and SANYO Electric are this year's big losers. The companies have had a decline in revenue by 12.2, 8.7 resp 8.5%.
