Frequency Electronics to buy Elcom Technologies

Elcom Technologies was founded in 1995 as a design and manufacturing company specializing in various DRO’s (Dielectric Resonance Oscillators) based RF frequency sources. Frequency Electronics, which is involved in design, development and manufacture of high precision timing, frequency control and synchronization products for space and terrestrial applications, said it will buy all capital stock it did not previously own of Elcom Technologies. The agreement is subject to closing, which is anticipated this week. Frequency owns approximately 25% of the issued and outstanding stock of Elcom. Frequency Electronics said that following the deal Elcom will continue engineering and manufacturing operations at its facility in Rockleigh, NJ, with present management.
