Nokia Siemens Networks will cut 127 jobs in Belgium.

Newspaper L'echo reported that the plan for the cuts was submitted to trade unions on January 31 this year. The company has four sites in Belgium with a workforce of 300 people. ”In Belgium, we will consolidate our facilities and from four to two sites, removing our facilities Diegem (39 jobs)and Braine L'Alleud (19 jobs) "says Anne Samson, spokesman for the group. In addition to sites of Diegem and Braine-alleud, the operational center of Herentals, the largest facility of its group in Belgium, should see 69 layoffs in the next few months, the paper reports.
