Sony DADC to cut 158 jobs

Sony DADC Austria will cut 76 permanent jobs and 82 temporary jobs according to local media reports.
According to reports production of DVD's and Blu-ray disks at the company's Salzburg plant will move to their Thalgau plant. Packaging services will go to Thalgau,Southwater (Great Britain) and Pilsen (Czech Republic).

The company plans to focus on bio-sciences in the future, and Salzburg already hire 100 people in this area.
