Acacia subsidiary settles with Creative tech
An Acacia subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Creative Technology, Ltd. and Creative Labs, Inc.
Acacia Research Corporation announced today that its AdjustaCam LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Creative Technology, Ltd. and Creative Labs, Inc. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
