Fire at TSMC plant
A fire has been reported at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd., TSMC's fab in Camus, Washington, United States.
According to a report by the Columbian, cited by EETimes, the fire started in a ventilation duct at the WaferTech facility. The building was evacuated. TSMC officials told media the fire did very little damage to the TSMC.
