N8 smartphone with power problems
Niklas Savander, Nokia's executive vice president, has confirmed that a number of its smartphone N8 have power problems.
"We have traced it down to the way we assemble the engines. We have, as a precautionary measure, taken immediate action across the product line," Mr Savander stated in a video on the company's blog. He did not provide any further details on what actions Nokia was pursuing. However, he made clear that power problems were covered by Nokia's standard warranty.
