Flextronics buys certain assets of Proxy Electronics
Update (11:09): Flextronics has signed an agreement to acquire the bankrupt assets of Proxy Electronics.
The equipment and the remaining customer orders will be transferred to Flextronics existing facilities in Karlskrona and Linköping (both Sweden). This deal allows Flextronics to further grow its Special Business Solutions concept in the Swedish market and continue to diversify our customer base in the region.
