Mercatech buys Jabil's plant in Italy
As reported recently US based investment company Mercatech has bought Jabil's plant in Brest, France. According to a late report the company has also bought the facility in Bergamo, Italy from Jabil.
Mercatech has agreed to acquire Jabil Circuit Italia Srl for an undisclosed sum, reports Thomson Reuters.
