Sawo & Abatec cooperate
Austrian high-tech specialist Abatec Electronic and sauna heater manufacturer Sawo will develop and trade products under a joint corporate product line - as Sawotec Wellness Solutions.
On March 25, 2010, the co-operation agreement was signed by the two executives DI Friedrich Niederndorfer, MBA (Abatec, see picture on left) and VM Kallioniemi (SAWO, see picture on right).
Abatec will be responsible for the Europe-wide distribution of the Sawo product portfolio, while Sawo will distribute Abatec's wellness products to Asian and non-European countries, as well as in Finland. The product lines of both companies will be consolidated, produced and merchandised under the corporate brand Sawotec.
"SAWOs long-time experience and our well-defined knowledge in electronics are the perfect basis for the development of new wellness innovations.
