The wet process lines can handle thin cores down to 0.05mm thickness and up to 5.0mm alike. The lines have been designed with the environment in mind and have many advanced features that will save power and increase running efficiency. All pumps and motors have been selected to give the best efficiency and tank chambers are manufactured from a specially designed material that will decrease heat consumption and save power. Spray bars have a unique quick release design to minimize operator maintenance time and glass tops are double layer to further save heat loss. Drilling machines will be equipped with a 200k RPM spindle that can drill sub 0.1mm holes and utilizes the latest S&M 84.00 controller. The system also have BDD ( Broken Drill Detection) LTC ( Laser Tool Check) and Z axis control for machining buried and blind vias.
