GPV invests in equipment

GPV Asia (Thailand) has upgraded their X-ray capacity with a new investment. The machine will be stationed in the company's SMT department. "It is mainly bought because of the inspection of Micro BGA, but it is also able to inspect Mechanical part, such as welding", a statement reads. The machine is a sealed tube version with a Voltage of 130K Volt. The resolution is down to 5 micron with a Magnification of 120 x.
