HIG agrees to buy Molex France
The employees at connector maker Molex’s unit in Villemur-sur-Tarn, France has agreed to the terms of the social plan provided by Molex.
Investment firm HIG Capital yesterday signed an agreement with Molex to take over the ownership. Molex will help HIG Capital with the reindustrialization of the site. This project is also supported by the French government.
