Eolane acquires Martec
French EMS-provider Eolane - based in Fresne sur Loire - has acquired Martec, a subsidiary of Eryma.
Martec - based in Ulis - specialises in communication equipment for harsh environments, mobile defense systems and vehicle information systems. After the finalisation of the acquisition, Eolane will have 1450 employees, according to evertiq's information. The EMS-provider will then operate thrugh 7 production sites.
