Foxconn is implementing share swap
Foxconn International Holdings Ltd., whose stock was suspended Thursday, is implementing a share swap to form a relationship with a newly acquired Taiwanese unit.
Foxconn said it plans to issue new shares at a large discount to a shareholder group in Chi Mei Communications Systems Inc., At the same time, Foxconn said it is buying additional shares in CMCS, according to Yahoo! Finance Singapore.
