SIGMA-C names Peter Feist CEO
German based microlithography simulation company SIGMA-C expands focus to DFM market and appointed Peter G. Feist chief executive officer.
Feist, who formerly served as general manager and chief operating officer, brings more than 20 years of semiconductor industry experience in Silicon Valley and Europe, solid expertise in the design arena, and a proven track record in executive management and strategic marketing.
SIGMA-C also named Dr. Christian K. Kalus, formerly CEO, as president and chief technology officer.
In addition, the company changed its legal form from SIGMA-C GmbH Software to SIGMA-C Software AG.
