AMI to take loans to<br>finance Flextronics acquisition
According to planetanalog.com AMI announced that they will take a $110 million loan to finance the acquisition of Flextronics's semiconductor unit.
The rest of the purchase price of $135 million is going to be covered by AMI's existing cash.
CSFB(Credit Suisse First Boston) is named to arrange the loans.
