Deltron makes two acquisitions
UK-based distributor, Deltron Electronics has made two acquisitions in two days.
Deltron said it would pay £2.5m for German firm Deltrona. It would also paid £500,000 for UK firm BES Electronics, according to ElectronicsWeekly. The acquisition of Deltrona makes Deltron becoming a major European distributor for Molex.
