Zollner Elektronik invests in JUKI equipment
German EMS-provider Zollner Elektronik has decided - after several benchmark tests - to invest into Juki SMD placement modules for a major project.
The project was realised in the profit center EA3, which is specialised on aerospace technology sector production. This line manufactures products for aircraft cabin lighting based on LED. The benchmark test for the selection was carried out with JUKI KE-2070, KE-2070, KE-2080 SMD-line and a machine from another provider. To produce meaningful results, the benchmark test were carried out over a total of four months.
After evaluating all the criteria, Zollner Elektronik decided on JUKI machines.
