European Rigid & Flex PCB Production for 2008
Following the recent article on the global production of Rigid & Flex PCB, here now the European distribution of production. Germany has – with 38.8% - by far the largest portion of the Rigid & Flex production in Europe.
This is followed by the UK with 9.8% and Italy with 8.5%. Austria and France are both 4th place with 8.3% each. The total value of production for Rigid & Flex PCB in Europe reached $3,677 million. (It has to be noted that the value is calculated at exchange rates from 2007.)
However, all figures are preliminary results – presented at this year’s APEX-Show in Las Vegas by Walt Custer from Custer Consulting which evertiq attended.
