Evolis invests €1 million in Cofidur
France-based Evolis has entered into a partnership with French EMS-provider Cofidur.
By investing €1 million, Evolis has allowed Cofidur to exercise the right of first refusal - available under a shareholders agreement from April 2005. As reported earlier, French EMS-provider Eolane had tried to buy its competitor Cofidur.
