Delphi invests in Romania

US based company Delphi is investing more then 100 million euros in Romania.

The location for the investment is in Miroslava and will generate 1500 new jobs. Until the Miroslava project is finished, the Americans already have 200 employees in a centre located in Tehnoton area and are going to move their operations in Miroslava next year. The company is mainly looking for engineers. When employees are hired they usually are sent to Spain, France and UK for training. At the end of this year Delphi will have around 250 employees but will expand to 750 by next year to finally reach 1500 employees as expected.
