Vaasa Componenta declares bankruptcy

Finland based EMS provider Vaasa Componenta has filed for bankruptcy.

According to the company the reason for the bankruptcy is because the liquidity ended. The company was not able to attract more capital, and therefore it declares bankruptcy. Vaasa Componenta is based in Vasa, Finland and is producing assembly PCB boards for the electronics industry. The company has also manufacturing in Estonia.
