Mekoprint acquires Pumac
Denmark based Mekoprint has acquired Pumac in Svenstrup, Sweden.
Pumac's operating activities in Svenstrup will be transferred to Mekoprint’s Division Mechanics which employs around 100 employees in approximately 6 months.
Pumac Stanseværk currently employs around 70 staff members. The agreement does not cover the company's activities in Latvia.
