Parker acquires Vansco Electronics

Vansco Electronics,a manufacturer of electronic controls, displays and terminals, has production facilities in Finland, UK, Belgium and North America. The company employs around 1000 staff. The company reported sales revenue of about $180 million for 2007. It will become part of Parker's hydraulic technology business Both companies have agreed to refrain from disclosing the value of the acquisition.
