Beko Elektronik lay off 435 workers
Beko Elektronik, a Turkish television maker, fired 435 workers to get back on profitability.
Istanbul-based Beko already announced the cuts in a statement to the stanbul Stock Exchange on March 14 as the company reported a $76.7 million loss for 2007 just days earlier, Turkish Daily News reports.
