Flextronics sells property to real estate firm
Real Estate Firm Westcore Properties, LLC, has acquired a manufacturing building in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States from Flextronics International USA, Inc.
The purchase price was $24,750,000. Flextronics will continue to occupy the building. Neil Johnson, director of acquisitions for Westcore Properties, told SunHerald.com that Flextronics strong credit, combined with the long-term nature of the lease and low price per square foot, make this investment attractive.
