Memco installs Universal & Speedline lines
Universal and Speedline Equipment Selected For Memco’s New PCB Assembly Line.
UK based production automation system specialist, Contax Ltd, has sold a range of Universal and Speedline systems to Memco Ltd, to equip its new production line.
Memco, a designer and manufacturer of lift door safety equipment, has purchased 2 Universal Instruments’ placement machines, the AdVantis AC-30L and the AdVantis AX-72e. An MPM AccuFlex stencil printer and an Electrovert OmniFlex 7 reflow oven from Speedline Technologies completes the order. These systems will be used to manufacture PCBs used in Memco’s range of safety edges for lifts, 80 percent of which are exported across the world.
