Rennsteig PEW 12 system is dedicated for installers and production companies who focus on high quality crimping connections. It provides support for the user at every stage of production by efficiently adjusting the possible number of crimps to the production scale and goals.
It consists of several interesting solutions which combine the system of interchangeable dies. The number of available dies currently amounts to 3500. The manufacturer is also able to design prototype dies for our clients to satisfy their special needs.

The system minimizes the space necessary for storage of tools and devices, thus limiting the cost of purchase. After buying one tool or crimping device you only need to add an appropriate die which is interchangeable within the system.
Depending on the stage of the project development in your production process, you have various options for making the crimps:

The manufacturer has also designed a solution which facilitates crimping of larger terminals and connectors. There is no need to use both hands - just fix the tool to a special stand and start crimping using the same tool attached to the workbench.

When the production demand increases to 2,500 crimps per month, we recommend using the E-PEW 12 battery press.
The advantage of this crimping machine is definitely its small size, which makes it perfect for projects with one device at many workstations. Additionally, thanks to the possibility of gentle partial pressure of the connector, it facilitates crimping of many wires in one connector / terminal, allowing the operator to prepare the wires freely with both his hands.
