Kore Wireless completes acquisition of Wyless
M2M communications and the IoT service provider, Kore Wireless Group has completed its acquisition of Wyless Group Holdings.
The all-cash transaction closed on April 11, 2016, following the clearance of regulatory requirements. However, the companies have chosen not to disclose the financial terms of the deal.
