Is the world's smallest PC German?

German Picotux claims that it has developed the world's smallest PC.

Picotux has developed a PC as small as 2x2x3,5 centimeters. The connectors are giving the computer it's size. The computer is equipped with a 32-bit ARM 7 processor at 55MHz. No graphics card is included, there is no room for that. The computer has a DRAM at 8MB and a 2 MB flash memory were the Linux and the website is stored. Two connectors are taking the most space in the computer; one Ethernet with constant sending at up to 100 Mbit at full duplex and one connector for an external display.
