Rogers in conflict with Isola

Rogers believes that patent Nos. 5,571,609 and 5,972,811, which cover polybutadiene and polyisoprene thermoset laminates, has been infringed by Isola. Rogers also alleges Isola for handling even the ‘609 and ‘811 patents and the IS640 low-loss laminate material. Robert D. Wachob, President and CEO of Rogers, commented, “Our policy is to aggressively enforce our patents, with a proven track record of doing so. We invest heavily in developing patented materials. The validity and value of intellectual property are critical to our rapidly growing business in wireless communications.”
