Qimonda worth 4 billion euros
Infineon has estimated its memory chip company Qimonda to be worth €4 Bn.
When Infineon now is making an IPO of Qimonda while listing it on the NYSE the company is planning to sell off 25 percent of the ownership but maintain a majority stake.
Infineon Technologies AG aims to raise about 1 billion euros through the IPO.
