iQor expands technical customer service operations in Europe

iQor is adding a customer contact center at its Central European product support facility in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
The center will occupy a dedicated, newly built mezzanine level of the 14'500 square-meter facility above current product support operations.

“The expansion will give iQor the unique capability to provide multi-channel inbound and outbound contact center services, technical support and product repair all in one place,” said Hartmut Liebel, CEO of iQor. “Poland has become increasingly attractive for companies operating in western and central Europe because of its stable business environment and affordability relative to neighboring countries.”

The company has begun agent recruitment in close cooperation with the numerous colleges and universities in Bydgoszcz and nearby, seeking graduates fluent in English and the most popular European languages. IQor expects the center to be operational by Fall 2016 and will add to the company’s existing European footprint.
